追求真實，面對問題，培養愛智的校風。

從零開始：我們不是先有一個預設的理想懸在那裡，映照出現實還有哪些不好，而是一步一步的從當下的現實，走出未來。所以不管我們做出多少，都是「加分」。大家要在整個走路的過程中，給自己和同行的伙伴們掌聲與鼓勵。
8.
給予每個參加的成人和孩子犯錯的空間（只要不危及人身安全），支持每個人面對自己的錯誤，這樣的態度和過程，將是成人最有效的進修，也是學生最有效的學習。
9.
給孩子工作目標，不要給孩子一致性的工作標準。鼓勵孩子用他自己的方法通過挑戰、達成目標，能讓孩子產生學習動力，獲得成就感覺。
10.
給孩子學習的自由。請不要要求比較性的量化成績。對學生的學習成果應按事物的性質，給予合理的評鑑，但不要隨便提出成人主觀性的好惡評價。

Unschooling,
for us, is mindful living, free play, and exploration. It is letting go of
the schoolish “shoulds” and “oughts” and measuring sticks. We aim
to live more fully rather than manufacture educational experiences to fill
the gaps in our lives. Living this way requires a considerable amount of
trust and patience—Trust that children will learn what they need to
know without years of conventional instruction, and patience enough to let

To unschoolers, learning is as natural as breathing—as worthwhile for its worn sake, something that happens all the time, rather than in a specific place at a specific time according to a set schedule.
